Appleton Country Club

GALESBURG - Appleton Country Club will meet at noon Thursday at Broadview Restaurant, 29 Public Square. Mary Alice Smith, president, will open a short meeting after lunch. Bunco will be played with Joan Vallasio as hostess.

Alzheimer's/Dementia Support Group

GALESBURG - Alzheimer Support Group meets at 3 p.m. the fourth Thursday of every month at Hawthorne Inn, 2245 N. Seminary St. The public is welcome to attend. For more information, call 343-5050.

Stroke Survivors Support Group

GALESBURG - The Stroke Survivors Support Group ("Go-Getters") and caregivers meet the last Thursday of the month at OSF St. Mary Medical Center Rehab Department. For more information, contact Margo or Connie at 344-9600.

Grief Support Group

GALESBURG - OSF Hospice is offering a Grief Support Group from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Thursday. The group will meet at the OSF Home Care office, 3333 N. Seminary St. Deacon Jim Haneghan will facilitate the meetings, which are for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. It is free to the public and reservations are not required. Addicts Victorious

MONMOUTH - Addicts Victorious meets at 6 p.m. every Thursday at Starting Point, 205 S. 1st St. This is a support group meeting for anyone with problems, fears and/or addictions. Group Facilitator: Kurt Hartman.
